June 20, 2009. Mai-BS (Thailand) is open for business. We are a new registered company providing hotel consultation and quality service training.
July 7, 2009. Mai-BS (Thailand) has been appointed to be the owner representative for Best Western Sawaddi, Phuket.
October 29, 2009. Mai-BS (Thailand) and The Rinn Resort,
did form a strategic Partnership. The Rinn is a resort development under construction at Koh Phagnan, just a few miles north of Koh Samui.
October 30, 2009. Mai-BS (Thailand) has been appointed as owner consultant for Amtada Hotel
Bangkok and Phuket. Amtada Hotel Bangkok
is a new 5-star river-side development to open in 2011 and Amtada Phuket
will be a luxurious resort at Kamala Beach, Phuket.
January 20, 2010. Mai-BS (Thailand) has been appointed as consultant for Kooncharaburi Resort
Koh Chang, Thailand.
April 3, 2010. Mai-BS (Thailand) works with Mandarin Company, Tel Aviv, Israel
to develop a new hotel, cultural park and floating market in Bangkok.
June 1, 2010. Mai-BS (Thailand) introduced a new Internet Directory
for Hotels and Resorts in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar and Malaysia. The directory will benefit hotels and resort with good exposure to tour operators, travel agents and free travelers and tourists.
June 28, 2010. Mai-BS (Thailand) signed a contract with Royal View Resort
in Bangkok for full hotel and owner consultation, operational support and sales&marketing support to bring the hotel to the next level.
August 18, 2010. Mai-BS (Thailand) introduced two new custom made training programs for hospitality and all service industries. "Excellent Service Behavior" and Excellent "E-Marketing".
August 27, 2010. Mai-BS (Thailand) signed a contract to provide owner consultation and E-Marketing support with True Siam Boutique Hotel, Bangkok. The hotel will open November 2010.
October 23rd, 2010 Mai-BS works with Yanrangsi Company Limited for the development of a 250 room and 100 pool villa resort at Patong Beach, Thailand.
December 14th. 2010 Mai-BS (Thailand) expands into Bangladesh.
January 29th. 2011 Mai-BS (Thailand) signed contract with Pratunam Hotel at Khon Khaen to re brand and upgrade the hotel. Mai-BS will also provide recruitment support and sales and marketing solutions.
March 16th. 2011 Mai-BS (Thailand) has been appointed as a representative for APMC (American Property Management Corporation) to cover Thailand and other Asia. APMC is one of the biggest and most reputed management companies.
August 2nd. 2011 Mai-BS (Thailand) has been appointed as consultant for the first truly deluxe Eco-resort in Moulvibazar, north-east of Bangladesh.
