Mystery Shopper will give clear information about your management performance.


We will inspect your hotel or resort as a guest, using services and give you a written report with pictures and details about your hotel operation, services and experience.

We will pretend to be a good guests and sometimes we will be a complaining guest! We are hoteliers, so we are understanding, but we can be picky as well! We will praise and complain to see how management and staff respond to all guests needs. We will check on all areas at any time of the day and even at late night or early morning.

What will you learn:

Basically you will learn a lot about your hotel you did never know! Positive and negative things!
We do not like to write more here at this website on how we handle this service to ensure we don't give away characteristics and skills of expert mystery shoppers.
