You have a vision, then what?

Most of organizations are well
equipped with a beautiful written vision, mission or philosophies, either on their
websites or a kind of wall.  That is the
second progress after the owners or the management team did come up with their
vision.  But what’s next?

Today I like to share with you
briefly a small part of my master degree’s thesis on how the organization
passes on its vision to the rest of the staff.
This has always been one of my highest interests, as I feel it is
extremely important for both personal and professional aspects.

V             =
Vision

I               =
Identification

S              =
Stakeholders

I               =
Inspiring

O             =
Opportunity

N             =
Navigation

Every
company needs to be well-equipped with a
Vision which is clearly Identified to all Stakeholders and to Inspire concerned stakeholders and giving them the Opportunity to Navigate such vision into their daily principles of practice! (Nate-tra, 2006)

All in all, you cannot let your vision
goes away from your daily operation.  In
simple term; “Your vision must be the shadow of yours!”
