Ms. Nate-tra Dhevabanchachai, the Honorary Director of Mai-BS (Thailand) Company Limited, the leading hotel consultation and training firm in Thailand, has been invited by the Office of Tourism Development for the 3rd. year to delivery training sessions on “Excellent Service Behavior” in June 2010.
Ms. Nate-tra is also the General Manager of the well-known Salaya Pavilion Hotel and Training Center, Mahidol University International College (MUIC) and she is also a lecturer at Travel Industry, MUIC.
The objective of these quality trainings is to develop service competency to hotel employees in all levels through Thailand. Part of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the office of Tourism Development is the organizer of the “Thai Hotelier Development” Program.
This successful project has been organized annually in selected provinces, and for 2010 the following 5 provinces have been selected: Songkla, Kanchanaburi, Chonburi, Chiang Rai and Nakhon Rachasima which is also known as Korat.
As Thailand’s hotel industry has rapidly developed over the past 20 years, consistent and continuous “effective” training in service standards are very much needed to achieve a sustainable growth in this leading industry. With this in mind, the sophisticated training course “Excellent Service Behavior” has been designed and effectively trained by Ms. Nate-tra Dhevabanchachai throughout 15 Thai provinces in particular project of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports for the past 3 years.
The result and satisfaction towards the course have been simply stunning as excellent reviews and feedback from all participants in the rank and file and management level has been well received.
