Mai-BS (Thailand) signed an agreement to be the Owner’s Consultant for AMTADA Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.
Part of Songland Ltd, AMTADA is a new hotel development, currently under construction at the banks of the famous Chaopraya River adjacent to the renowned Peninsula Hotel, and across the river is the Oriental Hotel, Sheraton and Shangri-la Hotel.
AMTADA hotel will be featured with 53 rooms, 2 restaurants, several private river cruise boats and a fleet of rare old-timer cars. Its opening is planned for late 2010 and AMTADA is poised to give a new meaning to Thailand’s hospitality industry with new innovative service concepts which will allow the property to compete directly with the world famous Oriental hotel and the Peninsula. Khun Pornphan Suksomboonwong, the owner of AMTADA Hotel strongly believes in promoting the appropriate oriental style through its awaiting new concepts.
AMTADA will not only look right in an Asiatic setting; but will function well and suit the tropical climate of Thailand. Practical ventilation, high ceilings, imaginative lighting, and favoring towards natural materials are the signature elements that will make AMTADA such an outstanding property. Songland’s hands-on attention to detail will be an evident.
