  2. Dear Mr. Owen! You are 100% right! Good employee relations are extremely important for the success of any company or business!

    However, as all humans are very different, with different feelings, understanding, abilities, perceptions, habits and even different values and ethics, it is highly recommended to have a solid Human Resource Manual. A small company which a good leader is fine without it, but if the company employees many staff, a solid HR manual is a must.
