Riding a death horse

(1) Threaten the horse with termination. (It will loose it’s pension)
(2) Change Riders ( fire the General Manager)
(3) Appoint a Committee to study the horse. (Executive-Committee)
(4) Arrange to visit other countries (charge costs to current owner of horse) to see how others ride dead horses.
